The student must hold a current, valid driving licence, provisional, full or international and produce it on their first training session.

The student must be able to read a vehicle number plate from a distance of 20 metres. If a student needs glasses or contact lenses, they must be worn while driving.

Payments can be made by cash or online banking. I prefer payment prior to the lessons in full amount. For block bookings, you must pay in advance to receive a discount.

Cancellation of a driving lesson requires 48 hours’ notice. Failure to do so normal lesson charges will apply.

The instructor reserves the right to cancel a lesson at short notice due to driving test priority, mechanical breakdown, illness and dangerous weather conditions. Payment made in advance will be carried forward.

Abusive language, threatening behaviour or driving under influence of alcohol or drugs will result in the session being terminated and payable.

After taking a mock test, the Instructor reserves the right to refuse the use of his car for test, if he seems the learner is not upto test standard.

The Terms and Conditions stated above do not affect the statutory rights of the customer.
